How to Boost your Self Confidence

Do you ever wonder what would be possible in your life if you could only boost your self-confidence?

Self-confidence is based on the parts of yourself you choose to look at and amplify.

The building blocks of your self-esteem come from the voices of your primary authority figures from the time you were born through puberty.

You didn’t ask for it…

You didn’t give permission for it…

It just got put in your subconscious mind.

But it doesn’t have to define you.

As a child, you had authority figures who helped shape the beliefs you have about yourself, which are now driving the voices of your subconscious mind. Deep down you know that these authority figures were only doing the best they could under their situation or circumstances, because that’s all we ever can do.

So why are you still letting these voices define your self worth? It’s time to take back control of your self-worth!

People stay in lousy jobs and relationships because they are afraid they cannot replace what they have, or fear the next one will be worse. Your level of self-confidence can affect your life in an extremely powerful way.

If you look in the mirror every day and only focus on what you love about yourself, your whole life will change.

However, we don’t do that. We only tend to focus on what we seem to be lacking.

Now that you understand where your self-esteem comes from, you can slowly begin to become aware of the negative thoughts you have about yourself. And once you become aware of them, you can begin to change them.

Society has set an unrealistic standard of what it means to be good enough.

Screw society.

You are enough.

You are worthy of love.

You are worthy of success.

You are worthy of greatness.

And once you begin to believe this for yourself, your life will start to change in amazing ways!
